Music By Bonnie and Company began as Bonnie finished her Master's Degree on Counseling Psychology. She went on to receive her Marriage, Family and Child Counseling License, and (on the side) decided to pursue her interest in the Dj world. Radio was not the perfect fit, since it was hard to sit in a room and not see how people responded to the music being played, so she started working in a local bar and learned from a pro. The bar scene wasn't quite the right fit after many months, and the "Dj for private parties" industry was in its infancy. Bonnie started playing at "friends of friends" parties, and found true love. After spending many months at sorority and fraternity parties, she came upon a wedding and knew that weddings were to become her specialty. As the business grew, she needed help and brought on her first Dj employee. Over 20 years later, Bonnie employs 5 additional Djs and provides Dj services for over 200 events a year.

Part of how Bonnie built her business was rooted in participating in Wedding Shows as a vendor. After doing so for 20+ years, she had the opportunity to inherit the production of a local Show. Four years later, it has become SIMPLY THE BEST OF SANTA BARBARA, and her enthusiasm is spreading! Brides-to-be and their families and friends are flocking to each Show, because they know the quality of vendors participating is outstanding. Vendors are enjoying great success when given the opportunity to meet fellow vendors and excited brides who are searching for SIMPLY THE BEST!
